PTFE membrane materials are the composite coating PTFE on the very fine glassfiber woven base cloth, which have stable shape and can bear a certain of loads, known as “the six kinds of architecture material” after brick, stone, concrete, steel and wood. The PTFE membrane materials of KR company adopt high quality imported glass fiber as base cloth to make senior glass fiber cloth, and then the membrane materials are made by impregnating high quality PTFE resins repeatedly with the unique processing technology. Now the company has launched a range of products such as outer membrane, inner membrane and grid coating membrane.

I. High strength, low elongation..
II. The service life is more than 25 years.
III. Fire retardant grade is Level B1.
IV. Non-adhesive capacity: any material is difficult to stick. Easily clean.
V. Anticorrosion: resistance to strong acid, strong alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvent corrosion.
VI. The light transmittance is up to13%.

The standard width is 1250mm. The max width is 3850mm.The min width is 1000mm.

5. What about the raw material you use ?
We use imported fiberglass from Taiwan and the PTFE resin is imported from Daikin and DuPont.
